This was in Seattle, WA in March 2007.

I had a bad experience there a few years ago. This was on a thursday afternoon......not a busy time.

Got to baggage claim area and luggage was being unloaded from another flight. There was no activity at the other 3 luggage unloading stations.

As everyone from our plane waited......all the people at the next station got there luggage and left. This took maybe 20 minutes.

We ended up waiting over an hour more before getting out luggage. In talking with another person......he said this was not unusual at the Seattle airport.
