well I got the new motor broken in but needs a different pitch prop so I called the dealer only to hear "we don't stock aluminum props, they come with the motors and we only keep stainless ones in stock and only a few sizes of those but tell us the pitch you need and we can order it for you to be here by Wednesday", are you kidding me!
but im on hold for the parts guy when the girl got back on the phone to say then they won't connect me to the parts guy to order a new prop because I need to talk to the salesman about it instead and he wont be back until tomorrow so Im left expecting him to tell me I have to pay for another prop or at least a restocking fee or shipping or something but I know if I gotta talk to the salesman its because they don't want to swap it out for free. im assuming all this because they never said it cost anything but if its free then why the holdup to talk to the salesman first?
I was prepared to leave the dealers logo on my motor if I got good after sale service but im gonna peel it off this evening after this because I see no reason to leave it there
