Bayou chub is on point. Don't use harsh stuff unless you like a chalky boat. Plus, when it chalks up it holds even more stains, so you're just screwing yourself in the long run.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
My favorite so far is the Star brite anti skid cleaner with PTfE. Brush it on damp just to spread it around and get it in all the grooves, let it sit but not dry,scrub away and rinse. Wear sunglasses so it doesn't blind you when you're in the sun!
Soaps and washing detergent leave scum buildup, harsh cleaners wreak havoc on wiring... I won't buy a boat from someone who didn't clean it right.
