But let me ask you this. What do you use to weight your brush down with? I have had a hard time getting stuff like Christmas trees to stay down in one place. Do you use concrete in buckets or cinder blocks tied to the trunks? And in what depth of water do you normally set them? Just curious. My grandfather was the one who used to handle the brush piles around their camp because he liked to catch white perch, but it's easier to drop a bunch of limbs around a dock with no real current to move them than trying to set them in a river or creek.
