Really? If you buy it on-line with LDWF, you are charged $1.72 over the face-value of the duck stamp, which is $15.00.
Why not just the cost of the postage stamp?
Because the envelope, the person working to mail it to you, and the location he works isn't free. Convenience comes at a price, and Wal-Mart and Academy aren't going to pay for the convenience of not having to stock stamps.
