Crap. I may have done the same thing. The oven has about 10 minutes left. We'll see what happends. If it is crumbly, it's going in a bowl with a little milk! We made it w/o the coconut so my wife will eat it. She hates coconut. Little man really enjoyed beating the heck out of the crackers with his hammer!
