update: well after the first batch was done I poured a second can of condensed milk on top and it went back in for another 30 minutes at 350 and it came out like a graham cracker bread pudding with melted chocolate and pecans on top. super great!
I will make it the right way for new years but this way came out great too so I might do one with double crumbs and double milk but mixed all together so its a bread pudding with stuff mixed in it instead of just on top, either way its killer good.
ps - I also didnt use any coconut in it, I just dont like it
