Do you know what part of the lake you're wanting to hunt? Or willing to go anywhere? There'll should be a huge push of birds on it for the next few days. If you have a boat you can cover a lot of water in, occasionally you can just hit the backs of coves until you jump up enough good ducks out of a hole and just go behind them and set up. If you set up on the main lake stuff you're gunna have to compete against the huge rafts of coots and divers. If you have to go that route without a boat blind the best thing to is find this scenario - Find 2 of the biggest rafts of coots you can find, and a point that juts out as far as possible to the main lake, and set up right in the middle of the rafts. A lot of ducks will trade back in forth between coot rafts all day. Of course most will be divers but occasionally you'll get your big ducks in doing this. Idc if you are the "anti-mojo" hunter or not, if you have some sun put those mofos out lol. Id rather be seen and flared off of and have to make a long shot than not be seen at all. Just be careful with all the cans. They decoy like rocks, and you could very easily get in trouble with too many of em lol
