As a side, green salad with fresh sliced strawberries/sliced mango/blackberries/toasted sliced almonds/drizzle of blue cheese crumbles/ with a light blue cheese dressing.

And for desert, simmered banana slices Ina brown sugar/butter sauce/ wrapped in a lightly toasted crepe, with a sliced strawberry on side.

Yep it was good, even better cooking it for friends while in Colorado baby sitting a 9k sq ft home! Someone's got to do it!! Hehe
