I'm dabbling in the idea of building a duplex, I already have the land and I know the location is a large factor but after talking to a couple realtor buddies and then saying that they can't find enough apartments to rent because of the demand for them and plus all the construction going on and coming up. Just want yalls input and ideas on the matter and if anyone owns some any advice would be greatly appreciated.
