Keep in mind that everybody is a moderator on a wiki. If you see something that is incorrect or doesn't belong (spam, etc), you can edit the article and remove the info. Everyone also has the ability to add to an existing article, so if you see something missing, add it! You can add one single fact, or an entire article. A wiki is a collaboration tool, so every article belongs to everyone.

Some tips for writing in a wiki:

1.) Don't enter any outside links except as references to substantiate claims.

2.) Don't sign your name to an article. Articles are written and owned by everyone.

3.) Don't use any first person statements, such as "I like to use..." Instead use "Some people like to use..." or something similar.

4.) If you see something wrong in an article, fix it! Even if it is just correcting the spelling, grammar, or punctuation of information already written.

5.) If you create an article, feel free to go into other articles and add links to it. For example, if you write an article about Mirrolures, you can do a search for Mirrolures in other articles and make the word Mirrolures in each article point to the Mirrolure article you created.

6.) Start an article if it doesn't already exist. If you do a search for Mirrolure and it returns no results, click the link that says "Create an Article" and write a quick article about Mirrolures, even if it is as simple as one line that says "Mirrolures are artificial fishing lures." Someone else can come along later and add additional information.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have about how to use the wiki! This is a resource for all of you to contribute to and use. Nobody is making a penny off of it.
