I am on my third one, this one is a female. My second one was nick-named "fang", but he was a retrieving machine...hunted until he was 13 years old, died last May at 14. My current Chessie is the best natured dog I have ever owned. She doesn't like other dogs but loves people. I picked her up in Tenn. She has been easy to train and has a lot of drive.
