The Constitution delegated much to the states, including everything it does not address specifically.
Cheering when the supremes usurp the authority of states to implement your preferred policies for all 50 states in one fell swoop is foolish and ignorant. I recommend Scalia's dissenting opinion. He nails that the big issue here is not the immediate decision, but rather how five unelected elitist judges deprived millions of Americans the due democratic/republican process for states governing themselves.
