First cast of the day produced a 27" Red in the Middle of a Canal @
Rockefeller! I was targeting Spec's, but that was certainly a good sign. Guess What ??? ........dat was the last bite
ALL DAY !!!! Ohhh....Zero Shrimp too
Spent the next 3+ hrs. exploring and checking "conditions". The East End locks have been open a lot, for the last 2 weeks, flooding the West side of Rock with fresh water. Glad at least that they are helping drain the flooded Mermantau Basin.
Rollover: Not sure, ....sorry. Several folks were fishing and cast netting along the road, but Rollover has been inundated with tons of freshwater pump off, none stop, for a long time also.
Overall was a fun day though. It's always a challenge trying to figure out fish.
