The good times keep rollin' down in Dularge, LA. Today I had Nelson Rhyne and family from Southern lite LED. We departed Jug's Seafood in the dark to demonstrate the power of the new Southern Lite LED 21" Double Row Light Bar. After safely navigating the marsh we got to the hot spot and it was game on. The crew started reeling in the big trout at daylight and never stopped till the fish box was slammed full. These trout were some of the biggest average trout I have seen since the before the oil spill. Most fish were averaging 2 lbs while many were 3-4 lbs. The kids had a ball and this is one for the record books. I had the oldest (David Nelson) on the front of the boat with me casting for him. As soon as I handed him the rod he hooked a trout every single time. Mom and Dad held their own in the back of the boat while the younger two (Hendrix and Brady) played with the minnows in the livewell and delivered bait to everyone!
