If a law was broken, have the game warden investigate and issue a citation. If a citation is issued regarding a tournament winning fish (or current leader) then CCA has something solid to work with and should investigate further.
But if the game warden won't give your rumor, innuendo, and hear say the time of day (because you have no evidence), then why should CCA?

Not gossip, hear say and no sour grapes. But, it pisses me off to see someone steal a boat from a legitimate winner. I know the guy, I know exactly where the flounder was caught and the date. This was reported with coordinates to CCA. Afterwards, they called the guy, questioned him and said OK. No polygraph.
