In Texas where there are lots of deer, the feeders are set to 8:00am and 4:00pm and never changed. That way you are typically in the stand when the feeder goes off and they never have to adjust for daylight savings time. But.... the TX deer come to the sound of the feeder, so do the hogs and the birds etc. Years of conditioning...
You should set those feeders and then hunt the trails in the woods where those bucks are hanging out while waiting for you to go back to the camp
