Ha I have had them all, and truly was not pleased. I have tried cleaning tuna, wahoo, snapper, ling trout redfish etc all the way down to cutting sac-a -la heads off and it gets dull quick sucks through bone, just not impressed at all. Brand new lasted 2 maybe 3 tuna and thats it. In my opinion Dexter is the best cleaning knife.
I have used those razor edges (hunters edges i think is the actual name) and for cleaning ducks they work great, every 50-60 birds you have to switch the blades out but it isnt bad.
