That sucks man, I hope things turn out the way you want and you don't have to spend a lot of downtime with no boat! I know a guy that faced a similar situation with a different brand boat, the manufacturer was not offering the remedy the guy wanted. He got a lawyer to send them a letter, they gave the guy a new boat. Good luck with whatever you decide.
