Open Fire Friday
It's a little warm out for an open fire but the family was together and the beer was cold so why not? Did a little Asian twist. Orange chicken,Teriyaki chicken and sweet n spicy shrimp. Purple onion,bell pepper,mushrooms and red potatoes for the veggies. In typical Louisiana fashion an evening rain forced us to move the pit onto the patio halfway through cooking. Lol
