On the east side of the lake, there is the I-210 launch for the prien lake/ lake charles area (the prien lake boat launch is closed for around a year for construction).
There is also Calcasieu Point, which is near Turner's Bay. It's got a nice cleaning station and a shop for live bait and some supplies that is open later in the spring.
Hebert's landing is further south... it's $5 to launch and is in a good position to access most of the lake. It can get a little low during the winter after a front but should be good from here on out.
And there's also a launch at the cameron jetties on the south end of the lake.

i have a 2110 nautic star and launch all these with no issue year round. on the west side i use Dugas'. it's pretty much directly across the lake from Hebert's. and is where i typically launch in the winter to target flounder in the ship channel. it costs $2 or $3 bucks. it can get low, but again i've never had any trouble, just be aware on low days that there is a sunk boat about 30' from the launch you need to go around.
