Default Boudin stuffed pork loin

Just finished stuffing15 lbs of pork loins w/ 4 lbs of jerry lees boudin for the cook off.
Got it tied up seasoned and in the fridge to smoke tomorrow .
Will hit it again w / the rub and thow it on the smoker in the am.
Think i'll do a dozen shrimp stuffed mirlitons while that smokes.
