New bass boat - Galvanized trailer? If painted it will not last long in the salt. Flush motor with fresh water after each trip.
Any good car wash soap will do fine for washing. Meguiars, Blue Coral, etc - DAWN dish soap will take all wax off, so know that. Avoid bleach if at all possible, as it will make fiberglass chalky over time.
A few more ideas for you:
Get some CorrosionX (Red can) and spray all under dash electrical connections, switches, TM plug. Get the green can HD CorrosionX and spray everything on your motor power head (take cowling off first) :-)
