Man today started off great, spent the morning at a training session working on getting into federal employment... that went great. Then spent some good time with the kids, running around doing errands etc... Then all of a sudden had to deal with some nonsense and gave me a bad attitude... Was almost so pissed off that i seriously thought about skipping the workout tonight...
But i'm glad that i persevered and did the workout anyway... seems to have gotten the piss and vinegar right outa me...
