Shrimp , broccoli , cauliflower , rotini noodle....Put frozen shrimp in bowl of water to defrost...Boil clean shrimp in that water with zat. and salt . Cook broc. and cal. in same...boil noodles in same....In the end everything got shrimp and seasoning flavor....Mix with 8 oz. shredded cheese . bake till cheese melts add can mexican cheese and bake till melted to perfection and you can't stand it no more.....
