Yea I looked at those and saw them in action but the weight would be too much for me...I saw them cutting from tail to head . That's pretty much how I clean them now but I like to make sauce pincant with the ribs . I guess I'll try the heavy duty rapala and try sheet metal shears on the rib bones. I use a dexter skinner knife now which is one bad knife but the arthritis is just get'n too bad...
