Does anyone else do this: I use an electric only for taking the skin off of trout.

I like cutting the meat off a trout with a good straight blade, but find I have to "handle" the delicate meat of a trout too much to take the skin and scales off of a trout.

I don't like the two step process, but i do like the result.
