i took my sister and 2 kids and launched out of the port of iberia yesterday late morning. it was just for a boat ride, but i brought my gear just in case. i was just exploring. didn't have to worry about breaking out the gear, because the water was as fresh as an arkansas mountain stream(i didn't say clear, but fresh). maybe i should've posted up in the freshwater reports.
