don's boudin rocks! full of meat and very little rice and spiced just right! everytime i go home i buy an icechest full to bring back with me...but nothing beats it fresh! also the boudin from mowatta going to eunice is awesome too....yea catdaddy i could live off boudin too.... check out this site if ya like....
