Jordan try this next time. Cut the meat off the breast. With a wood duck I would cut the breast in half...meaning the thickness of the breast. Then from there, cut it in half. In turn, one breast (side) will consist of 4 pieces of meat. Take a strip of bacon and cut it in half. Put the piece of breast on the 1/2 strip of bacon and add your H pepper and cream chesse and roll. Basically, you have smaller pieces. I never seen it done like the picture using the whole duck. Matter of fact, I am doing teal tonight.
