There is an auction going on right now at the FCC for some spectrum rights. Companies who are bidding on spectrum are not allowed to discuss publicly any ongoing deals that may be in the works. The FCC doesn't want it to affect auction prices. So until that is over with, we wont hear any news about partners with Globalstar. I think it ends in March sometime. All we really need to see the share price rise is for the company to publicly announce its plans. It's just tough waiting. I've been waiting over 3 years so a few more months won't hurt. I just keep buying when I get extra funds.
