Yep, try Elliot or Sequel in Alexandria, but those mentioned above and add CED in Sulphur to your list.

There is a number on the face of that plug that designates the configuration something like "L30-P"

The "P" is for plug and the rest is the "monkey face"
With that number you should be able to make some calls.
