I am going to build forms for it. First we'll get the back cut and the sides very very straight. And then I want to add some roundness to the top part of the transom to give the mate more room to run around in the back. And every foot I'll take out some curve until the bottom is flat.
I'll document the process with lots of pictures. We are still painting the original right now, but when we start building again I'll post some pictures!
