Default Been busy but no complaints

The summer fishing is coming to an end. August tends to be a slower month due to the excessive heat. Night trips are usually the best for speckled trout. I've been real busy fishing the Fourchon Oilmans where we found most of our trout off the jetties of Belle Pass on live shrimp. Dularge fishing has been for the most part very good as long as the storms let us fish. Limits of trout and reds have been happening most of the time but not all of our trips. We've chipped in two tough trips the last two weeks. The trout have been eating up the new Vortex Shad colors, the Shrimp Cocktail, Blazin Hornet, and the Purple Haze. The reds have been sticking to the edges of grass lines lately which you need to hit them with a gold spoon in order not to get frustrated with all the grass. Here are a few pics from some of our last few trips.
