If you would have told me this before i started doing them i would have called you three kinds of a fool....
but you are absolutely right... the days i work out, and then go to work... i feel more energy all day long and am still going strong when i get out of work.
the days i dont work out, by the end of the day i am ready to fall asleep before i even make it out of the office...
Now... come 8 o'clock at night... don't get between me and bed..
