2000 mercury 250 efi offshore
Bought a new to me boat and changing motor out for a 4 stroke.
Nothing wrong with motor and runs great. New in March water pump,spark plugs, water pump,lower unit oil. Bought boat out of Dallas,tx and has always been in fresh water. Good consistent compression on all cylinders and have compression gauge if need to test on spot.

Also selling from same place identical motor that is boxed in a crate which had no. 4 cylinder go out $1250. The previous owner was gonna use for parts if needed to but didnt have too.
