getonfish, I feel your pain. I went through the same senario, I have a 2110 on order.
I have been trolling the classifieds on 5 different websites for 3 years looking at boats as well as reading posts etc. With some exceptions, Nautic Stars dont stay on the market long and bring a fair price. I have talked to many dealers, mechanics, and people in the industry and have not had one time where anyone came back with anything negative on Nautic Star. Only issue is manufacturing lead time, they cant make them fast enough. If it is not in stock you are 6-8 weeks out.
when I saw the layout of the 2110 SE it was time. It had the layout I had been looking for. Only change is I am going with the new Merc fourstroke 150 instead of the Yamaha. Only problem now is that I have to wait until Aug 15th to know if I made the right decision.
