I have hog hunted and know all about it and we usually hunted with Plotts and Pitbulls for our catch dogs. I know how big hogs can get and hiw bad they are and can be. I also know you never know the size of the hog your dogs have bayed up when you release your catch dog....with that being said, how many rides do you think that little dog is going to take when he is locked on to a hog. Haha. I have seen 75lbs pits take rides and get tossed like rag dolls, whats that 20lb dog going to do? I am not ragging on your dog by any means, just a question.
