Have you seen some of Louisiana's public schools? This is an everyday occurence, where I went to junior high in Monroe was a war zone. Monroe City school teachers up there get paid higher than Oua****a Parish teachers and they jokingly refer to it as 'combat pay'
and that is all over the state
