I usually marinate it overnight but I forgot last night. I put it marinating when I got home and went work with the pup for about an hour. I make my marinade with milk, garlic, and rosemary. Right before I sear it I sprinkle some salt and black pepper. 45 seconds to a minute per side and c'est tout. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. While it rest I kill the heat on my skillet and add a spoon full of butter and a splash of milk to make a sauce with the juices and seasoning leftover in the skillet. Really simple and absolutely delicious.
