Lived in Carly's all my life. Have heard of sightings but have never seen one. Have seen a pair of cougars one morning on my way duck hunting. Sitting right in the middle of the road when I turned the corner by my house. Needless to say, they cleared the ditch and was gone in one leap. Only time I've seen them. I suspect all the black panthers are now in Florida tracking Zimmerman lol.
