years ago ,i used to teach mentally challenged folks how to fish at the LDWF location on flannery rd. in B.R. . Used a week of my vacation each summer when they had summer camp. My big boss found out what i was doing and started giving me an extra paid week to do this . You think a child lights up when they catch a fish ? wait till you see these folks. I will be signing up for this program!!!
