As for new orleans army corp. look at their spillway booklet .... That is me driving my boat on the trailer on the front cover . Look at their regs. It is illegal to be in a boat that is launching or picking up .... The park ranger sits around and bulls with guy's every day . They hang around drinking beer every day. Alcohol is prohibited on corp property . You say it is illegal to place brush piles without permit .....I have read everything available to public from corp. and I have not seen nothing about brush piles ....Please tell me where I can find that law....
