You CAN do IT! LOL...It's not so bad once you set your mind to it....after day 4 i had no more jitters,..day 3-4 is when your body begins to regulate your blood sugars properly.
I am doing fine now and on day 6. Think about it sometimes but it's not a big deal. Mind over Matter! Get some sunflower seeds, life savers, or gum and keep it near.
