COLD WEATHER, STRONG WIND AND FRESH WATER CONTINUE TO DOMINATE
Each day last week seemed to be an adventure. Mornings were cool with strong winds and some rain so a couple of days we were late getting to the lake but there were some good catches once there. Live bait was available a couple of days and will get more plentiful as the weather warms. That being said, Captains Brett and Devon went out on a scouting trip with some glow/chartreuse Hackberry Hustlers rigged on light lead heads and spanked 29 speckled trout and were back around 11:00.
