lots of folks figured out what kind of coverage they had after katrina/rita/ike...
i always thought insurance was insurance...until rita and then i knew i had a pretty good policy.
i shopped it pretty hard when i refinanced my house a few weeks ago and i can't find anyone that could offer the same coverage for the same $
