^and that aint no lie! in Illinois, you have to register, and take a class, have a firearms card, that card has a ID#, every time you buy a gun, and ammo, you name goes on a log saying how much ammo you bought and if you are ever stopped with a gun, you have to be in possession of that card and the gun serial # has to be traced back to you. it also takes two weeks to take possession of a firearm. Thank God I live in Louisiana!
