We are doing a big group hunt at Clear Creek September 18 with about 30 guys so far. If you are interested sign up at bayoubucks and you can get all the info if you want to go. I've never been there but im going to give it a try.

Thanks for the heads-up. I guess you will be camping. If the Temperature is not up tooooooo Hotttttt, I might be there. I have hunted up there for ~ 13 years now so I know the place fairly well. The problem up there is ....when you find a good area....they cut the pines after a couple of years.
I have a "New" plan that I want to try up at CC. Just need to do some more scouting to check out a couple of places that I have found.
One spot that was fairly good last fall......I found this Spring, that they the clear cut all the trees surounding this area.
