Yep, because they (Gov.) have the power and the "science" to support their 2020 agenda.
You are correct sir, this is history in the making and this is our best opportunity to expose the bad science and take back our natural resources.
It boils down to the gov't trying to steal our natural resource and turn it into profit dollars for a few through Catch Shares.
