Ok guys and gals, the annual Lafayette Kayak Fishing Club is having the LA1 Slamboree tournament the last weekend of July down in Grand Isle area. Registration is now open for the early bird special of receiving a long sleeve fishing shirt. You have until July 8th to be able to receive the size shirt of your choice. After the July 8th cutoff date all shirts left over (if any) will be a first come first serve basis and will not be able to guarantee the size you want. This is an awesome tournament that always seems to pull quite a few kayakers. It follows the same dates as the Tarpon Rodeo so if you plan on fishing I suggest booking a room as early as possible.
Now when registering please pay attending to the bullet #3.....
3) To select Shirt Size enter "1" under the Shirt size you wish to receive. Only select one size, or you may not receive the size desired. If you wish to purchase additional shirts, you must email the Tourney Director before July 8th.
So when you register, if you want a shirt enter "1" next to the size you want. Do not enter any other number but "1". Entering any other number will not get you more shirts. You need to contact one of the Tournament Committee members if you would like additional shirts.
